Real Estate Services

Livara provides real estate brokerage services in accordance with the regulations of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Our services include property search and viewing assistance, sales and rental negotiation, and off-plan Property advisory and mortgage referral to UAE-licensed financial institutions. Mortgage Referrals

Livara's mortgage advisory service connects clients with UAE-licensed banks and financial institutions. Livara is not a licensed financial institution and does not issue, underwrite, or guarantee any mortgage product. All financing is subject to the lending bank's terms, eligibility criteria, and approval process. Livara accepts no liability for the outcome of any mortgage application.

Intellectual Property
